NOTICE: If you decide to download any ZP application from ZP at no cost, you must affirm you are deaf or hard of hearing and are eligible for VRS use, that the ZP app will be for your own personal use, and that you will not transfer the application to any other person under any circumstances. Due to inherent technical limitation of some VRS-based 911/E911 calls, automatic transmission of your location information to a 911 emergency call center may not occur. ZP is also not liable for any damages arising from your failure to provide ZP an accurate, up-to-date Registered Location or for your failure to give permission for a P3 or Z5 application to access your device’s location information.
